Refund policy

At Dubai Brand, we value our customers and offer the option to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Product Condition:

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
    • The product must include all original accessories (such as the box, manuals, and warranty card).
    • If the sticker on the watch has been removed or the product has been used, and the only reason for return is that the customer does not like it, 20% of the product price will be deducted upon return.
  2. Proof of Purchase:

    • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  3. Return and Exchange Process:

    • You can contact our customer service via WhatsApp or call us at: 01003000845 to submit a return or exchange request.
    • Alternatively, you can email us at: ordr-confirmation@dubai-brands.com.
    • Once the request is reviewed and approved, the return or exchange process will be communicated to you.
  4. Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is returned simply because it is not liked by the customer, and the sticker has been removed or the product opened, 20% of the product price will be deducted.
  5. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:

    • Products that are damaged due to misuse.
    • Products that have been used or tampered with.
